Vivid Vows is a trading name of Lee Murray.
These Terms govern the provision of wedding videography services by Lee Murray trading as Vivid Vows (“we”, “us”) to you (“the Client”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
All services and deliverables (highlight films, full ceremonies, guest videos, USB delivery, etc.) will be exactly as agreed in writing (email, quote, or contract) prior to your wedding day. Any changes or additions after that point must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.
Raw (unedited) footage and outtakes are not provided by default. If requested after delivery, raw footage will incur an additional charge (as agreed in writing). USB sticks or other physical media are included only if specified in your package; otherwise they incur extra fees.
You are entitled to reasonable minor revisions (colour tweaks, small cuts) at no extra cost. Major stylistic or structural changes after initial approval will be quoted and billed as a new project.
You may suggest or supply music choices for your film. Commercial or copyrighted tracks are used at your own risk — we cannot guarantee clearance or prevent copyright claims. Fully licensed royalty-free options can be supplied on request.
Unless you expressly opt out in writing prior to the wedding day, we reserve the right to use excerpts from your wedding films or photos for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
You must secure all necessary permissions (venue, location, talent releases) prior to filming and provide a safe working environment. If conditions become unsafe or obstructive, we may pause or terminate coverage without refund.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability and may incur additional fees. If we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
In the extremely unlikely event that your booked videographer is unable to attend your wedding due to illness, injury, or other emergency, Lee Murray trading as Vivid Vows will use reasonable best efforts to:
Should we be unable to secure an appropriate substitute, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid (including the booking deposit).
We use professional cameras, storage, and backup procedures to safeguard your wedding footage. However, in the extremely unlikely event that all recorded media is irretrievably lost or corrupted due to equipment failure, data corruption, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances, Vivid Vows’ sole liability shall be to refund all fees paid for the affected coverage. We cannot be held responsible for any incidental or consequential losses, and no re-shoot of the original event is possible.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the footage or failure to obtain necessary permissions.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, pandemics, or severe weather).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
By confirming your booking or allowing Vivid Vows to film your wedding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
